Deao Jose Transnational Club (DJTC) an 18 acres project spread across green hillocks and a few minutes away from a beautiful river at Sirvoi, Quepem. Surrounded by a quaint and peaceful town, the property is clearly demarked and walled around the boundaries. Inside we have already built 57 villas and 174 apartments with proper legal and township rules and already have the permission to develop our plans of 12 Luxurious villas and 240 apartments are being developed. All the modern facilities are provided in each home to enable maximum comforts and satisfaction to the residents.

Admission to the development / Club is restricted to residents/members and their guests only CCTV and Intercom connection to each house with security guards, plus central monitoring security system of each house.
